I am supporting a 14 – Day Reset Cleanse. I have been trained in my Health Coach Training in this cleanse specifically. While I have done MANY cleanses over the years, this one, while requiring commitment, is simple, effective, AND I didn’t starve at all on this cleanse. It is a great option for both first time cleanses and for people who are seasoned cleansers!
Is a Cleanse Indicated For You? Checklist
If you answer yes to even one, it may be quite worth your while to choose to do this cleanse.
What are the benefits of doing a cleanse?
Toxic chemicals are EVERYWHERE in the world today – they easily find their way into our bodies through the air we breathe, the food we eat, and the water we drink, and even through the skin. We obviously ingest foreign chemicals when taking drugs (medicinal or illicit), or when using alcohol or tobacco.
Our body is designed to be self-cleaning and to excrete these toxins. However, because our bodies may not be as strong due to stress and imbalance, we cannot always handle the overload present in today’s environment. Chemicals not excreted accumulate in our fat cells and cell membranes become internal toxins.
When the body is under stress, it releases those toxic waste products from the fat to circulate in the bloodstream. These toxins can damage the protective intestinal lining, literally damaging the body from the inside out; making it a less effective filter for the good nutrients we might be bringing in. The more it is damaged, the less effectively it absorbs nutrients, and the more toxins pass into the blood and lymph systems. Over time, toxins build up in other organs too. This can lead to disease or dysfunction of those organs.
This brings me to the point of how important it is to excrete these toxins through elimination. We will cover elimination and much more that you need to know in the Informational Video that is available with either Option.
What is THIS cleanse all about?
There are so many cleanses out there and so many opinions about which ones are best. Some are more hardcore and some more gentle. The 14-day Reset that I am sharing is a hypoallergenic diet or elimination diet. This means removing the foods that most commonly cause symptoms of a food allergy or toxicity.
What are we eliminating?
Those foods are gluten-containing grains, dairy products, eggs, soy, caffeine, yeast, red meat (and other meat sources if you can tolerate it), sugar (and its many forms), dried fruits, citrus fruits, and sometimes poor food combining. AND there is SO MUCH that you still GET to eat and enjoy. You will not go hungry on this cleanse.
I have found that it always goes better during a detox or cleanse to have SUPPORT!

Notes:
Generally, the first two days of the cleanse are preparation time. This gives you time to be ready and to plan the elimination diet that is the foundation for the cleanse. This is phase is very important for your success. The second phase is 7 days and is the time when we cut out the most common food allergens and eat a clean diet (vegan option or some meat okay). The last phase is 5 days and is the time that you slowly reintroduce foods into your diet, taking note about which ones are not agreeing with you.
