***Erin Tracy will be leading *Review instruction* in Tai Chi Chu’an form – Pangu Tai Chi and offering a guided group tai chi practice Jan 17, 2023-through Feb 28, 2023 at 5:30pm-6:30pm ET. (skipping Feb 14)
This class series is for people who have already taken Pangu Tai Chi Chu’an with Master Vincent Chu, me, or any other person who has permission to teach the Pangu Tai Chi form. You don’t have to have the series memorized, but be familiar with the steps. We will spend roughly half the time in review/fine tune and half the time in guided practice with full Pangu Tai Chi – I have found the guided practice really helps people memorize the steps. Small class size means I can watch you a bit better on screen (if you desire).
Each class will have rooting practice at the beginning. Material will be provided for you to work on memorizing the form.
This class (Winter 2022) is not for people who have never been exposed to the form.
Additionally, if you would like to purchase recordings ($25 former students or $40 new students – delivered through a password-protected webpage) of the last series-Spring 2022-I taught online where the form is broken down,
please send me a message.

Regular Tai Chi practice strengthens and protects the joints – working gently with the ligaments, tendons, and muscles. The added benefit of the form we are introducing, Returning Form Tai Chi (aka Pangu Tai Chi), is the support for your organs as well.
You should feel awesome after a class session!
We will take it easy in this class; it will not be intense or require a lot of endurance. However, it is best to already have a regular movement routine (like walking or gardening) since we will be on our feet for 45-60 minutes. Of course, you may sit as needed. Please see
contact Erin for more information.
$70 for this series for Pangu Tai Chi instructional support and guided practice.
This is a great article from the New York Times about Tai Chi Chu’an benefits.
PLEASE NOTE: Erin has been studying Tai Chi with Vincent Chu and his students and other teachers since 2013. She will be working with Level I Pangu Tai Chi (Returning Form Tai Chi Chu’an) along with basic Tai Chi Gong exercises and stances. It is very beneficial to take this class multiple times to get the fine-tuning and to help internalize the sequence. Even if you are only interested in the hour-long class, the benefits will be noted. Erin will also provide resources to help you memorize the sequence if you would like.
