Live Online Guided Healing Meditation for Winter 2022:
4 sessions, Tuesday, February 1 – February 15, 7:00pm-7:55pm ET.
Fee: $80 for series ($60 by Jan 25).
Option for Winter 2022:

all participants are welcome to send private requests of topics or challenges prior to our sessions or to share via zoom “chat” screen early in each weekly session. Support will be woven into this series for timely participant challenges.

The series intends to deeply support navigating the intensity of relationships, current events, and your own runaway (anxious) thoughts so that you can feel more calm, grounded, and connected to compassion. We are looking to shore up interactions with more patience and calm so that there is less stress and anxiety to interacting with the world today thereby supporting your health and well-being.
With guided healing protocol based on Medical Qi Gong practices, these sessions will be facilitating a release of anxiety, constriction, and other emotional and physical tightness. There is a special focus in this series on cultivating and enhancing Peaceful Engagement with Conflict or Perseverant thought patterns to improve resiliency, health, and joy in living.

*online participants do not have to be on camera throughout, but I would appreciate meeting you at the beginning.
