Erin will be leading Qi Gong Instruction for the SECOND level of Pangu Shengong. This is a powerful, simple, and effective form of Qi Gong called Pangu Non-Moving Form (also known as Pangu Shengong Cognitive and Sensory Development Non-Moving Form).
“The Nonmoving Form is a more advanced form of qigong, and no physical movement is required. The form is designed to strengthen the nervous system, and the Spirit, increase mental capacity, and cultivate intuitive abilities. The daily practice of this form to absorb universal energy can take place anywhere, allowing one to set aside concerns about privacy or how others view your activity.”
Qi can be translated as life force, vital force, and energy, among other ways. When the Qi in our bodies, which has always been there, is abundant and flowing freely, we can be more in harmony with our environment and free from disease and health conditions. Qi Gong can be translated to mean the cultivation of life force or energy. Pangu Shengong is a unique and powerful way to do this. Based on the concepts and power of loving-kindness, practitioners are able to start to get benefits from practicing this form right away. Once you learn this form, you never lose the foundational energy built into the instruction; daily and regular practice will help you be healthier, happier, and stronger.
In just 90 minutes of the qi gong instruction, you will know completely this health and happiness-promoting form of Qi Gong.
Erin is certified to teach both the Moving Form and Non-Moving Form of Pangu Shengong and is an advanced student of Qi Gong Master Ou, Wen Wei.
