Class Series: Qi Gong Anxiety, Cancer, and Chronic Conditions

Erin Tracy is a certified Medical Qi Gong Practitioner, Qi Gong Instructor, and holistic health coach. She leads this 5-week class that includes qi gong instruction and practice as a group, guided meditation with healing protocols, and instruction in how to have less emotional and physical cost from your health condition, pain, and life stressors.

Chinese and other ancient healing modalities have recognized for many millennia that cancer, chronic pain, auto-immune conditions are SYMPTOMS of foundational energy in the body being depleted and out of balance. This must be corrected in order for us to be the stronger and healthier.
In the last decade, there has been much research and discussion in the functional medicine community about the benefits of practicing building up and balancing that foundational energy the Chinese call Qi (“Chi”). This is done by learning and practicing a powerful practice of called Qi Gong from a trained teacher while also learning how to have less tension in your thoughts and mindset.
People who regularly practice a powerful and efficient method of qi gong typically experience improvement in immunity, stress management, sleep quality, pain intensity and daytime energy. They also find that medication and treatment side effects are mitigated and that they are able to access greater ease in processing emotions.
