all participants are welcome to send private requests of topics or challenges before our sessions or to share via Zoom “chat” screen early in each weekly session. Support will be woven into this series for timely participant challenges.
What would it be like to resist nothing? Imagine not regretting a single thing that has happened or is happening… And instead, simply allowing and flowing with what you encounter?
We all experience emotions that lead to a state of ICK — that is, contraction or tightness in the body, mind-racing, and negative self-judgment. While that is human experience, it is useful not to STAY there – in the ICK.
So we allow and accept that we are experiencing that contracting emotion and then, in THAT authenticity, we move through that emotion we are experiencing (anger, fear, sadness, envy, or insecurity). Have an intention of moving forward. This practice of allowing the emotion and then moving through it is what we will focus on in this series. A lovely opportunity to practice authentic responsibility for our emotional state. ~FREEDOM.

With guided healing protocol based on Medical Qi Gong practices, these sessions will facilitate a release of anxiety, constriction, and other emotional and physical tightness following the theme above. There is a particular focus on cultivating and enhancing your ability to SIMPLY BE through the practicing of thought patterns to improve resiliency, health, and JOY IN LIVING.

Experience a 55-minute guided meditation intended to help participants deeply relax. Qi Gong healing protocol is offered for the group and privately shared individual concerns will be addressed (if you choose to share them). If you are interested in Qi Gong healing, Pangu Shengong, or meditation, this is a good way to experience how this practice might bring more peace, ease, and healing into your life.
Even if you don’t care about any of that, these group sessions are beneficial and will help you relax and feel supported. Qi Gong Healing is based on the same principles as acupuncture methods and martial arts forms. Many report deep and long-lasting changes emotionally and physically after an experience with Qi Gong healing and meditation.
I adore being able to offer these sessions and my intention is to make the opportunity for guided meditation and healing affordable to all.
