In this video, I share a method of energy cultivation (qi gong) that works well to support the immune system and metabolizing functions of the body, soul, spirit, and mind. The last 10 minutes are a meditation with protocol to further support those functions.
In today’s session, I share a method of qi gong called Tai Chi Dao Yin. It’s a really nice form to practice and helpful for immune system support and can be taught in this format today (instead of in a formal class). The other form of qi gong, Pangu Shengong, which “group practice” is referred to at the end, is open to anyone who has learned Moving Form Qi Gong from a certified instructor or via correspondence from Qi Gong Master Ou, Wen Wei.
