The experience of feeling absolutely drained: Drained by pain, drained by physical exhaustion, drained by inability to sleep well, drained by relationships, drained by health condition, drained by stress…
May I just go ahead and not beat around the bush here? As humans, we must have ways of filling back up when we become drained. Many of us know that we feel better after a good night’s sleep, having a healing session, alleviating pain through holistic or more western means, going to yoga, getting acupuncture or massage, changing our situation or changing the way we look at the situation, praying, meditating, etc. However, at least for me, I found that these practices while helpful, did not last and did not build me up enough. I was easily and quickly getting exhausted again. Drained again.
Here’s the point that I want to make.
In order to avoid being completed drained and to easily fill back up, you must have a certain amount of baseline energy or Qi or Chi or Prana AND you need a practice that honors the healing of the heart and soul as it fills you back up.
For me, that practice for the last four years has been practicing Pangu Moving Form Qi Gong and the other parts of the Pangu Shengong practice.
I still take care of my body with acupuncture (qi gong healing), yoga, and meditation among other things. After learning the Pangu Moving Form Qi Gong and practicing regularly, those other modalities started to really WORK for me. I went deeper in those practices; more benefit and I am stronger. Most importantly, my heart and soul started to heal. I now know that if you don’t include a practice in your self-care strategy that truly works on the heart and soul as well as the physical body, empowered healing cannot happen.
While regular clients of mine benefit from the Qi Gong healing I offer, those who also practice the Pangu Moving Form Qi Gong daily, have even more extraordinary results.
With happy and excited anticipation, I want to make sure you know that we are very lucky to have the Qi Gong Master and creator of Pangu Shengong coming to Raleigh in April for an annual visit. Qi Gong Master Ou, Wen Wei will be in Raleigh April 22-April 25 (at a North Hills residence for Friday, Sunday, and Monday and the Unitarian Church on Wade Ave for the Saturday classes).
I highly recommend taking or retaking a class with Master Ou for this very special opportunity. The complete details are found at this website: panguraleigh.com
Please let me know if you have any questions about what classes might be best for you. The group healing sessions are also very powerful and offer healing at an equivalent level as a one-on-one session. Space is very limited for the group healing sessions.
If you can’t attend this April weekend and want to learn this practice, please schedule an instruction session with me. I am always here to empower and support your healing and growth.
Peace be with you.
